LoanLead ("LoanLead", "we", "us", or "our") is a consumer loan-request and lead-referral service operated by Vidastra LTD. We are not a lender, loan broker or credit provider, and we do not make credit decisions or loan offers. Information We Collect

We collect information you voluntarily provide when you submit a loan request or contact us, including:

• Loan Request Information: The amount you are looking for, what the loan is for, and how soon you need it

• Consent & Compliance Data: The consent language you agreed to, the date and time of your submission, your IP address, browser user-agent, consent certificates (such as TrustedForm and Jornaya LeadiD), and the landing page you submitted from
• Website Usage: We use analytics tools to understand how you interact with our websites, including pages visited, time spent, and referral sources

We do not pull your credit report. A lender that contacts you may ask for further information, such as identity verification or bank details, and may check your credit if you choose to apply; that happens directly between you and the lender, under its own terms and privacy notice.

How We Share Your Information

LoanLead is a lead-referral service. When you submit a request, we share the information you provide with independent, third-party lenders, loan brokers, other financial service providers, and partner networks that work with them, so they can contact you about your request. These partners use your information to respond to your request, may contact you directly, and handle your information under their own privacy policies. Lenders and other financial institutions may be subject to federal and state financial privacy laws, such as the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, and provide their own privacy notices.

We do not sell your personal information for unrelated third-party marketing. We use and share it only to connect you with lenders, financial service providers and partners, and to send you offers as described in Offers from Our Partners. We may share anonymized, aggregated data with analytics providers and business partners.

Offers from Our Partners

By submitting a request, you agree that LoanLead (operated by Vidastra LTD) and its marketing partners may send you emails about loans and related financial products and services. Every email includes a link to unsubscribe, and we honor unsubscribe requests immediately.
